Starting The Collective ATX in 2017, She has been slaying hair since 1998. After years of searching for the best extension available, she brought Natural Beaded Rows Hand Tied Extensions to the Austin and the South Texas area.
Her extension journey has spanned decades where she learned about what to look for in a great reliable extension method. After 10 years of applying Great Length extensions, She needed to find a new method because they took 8+ hours to install, with non reusable hair as well as caused extreme matting and breakage to the hair. Tiffany then found Dreamcatchers extensions that solved some problems but would slip out of the hair too easily. After 8 years of battling with Dreamcatchers she continued her journey, deciding to give tape-in extensions a shot. However after just 2 years of unsatisfactory experiences she discovered NBR. She fell in love with NBR which has now become primary focus behind the chair.

Savannah studied at the Aveda Institute in Austin as well as mentored under Lauren Phillips in the heart of Clarksville, Austin. This is where she was trained in French Balayage. Currently located in the 78701 zipcode, Savannah offers the following services: Cut, Color, Keratin and NBR Hair Extensions. Savannah travelled to California to train directly with the NBR creators and has enjoyed transforming her clients with the best method of hair extensions available.

Rachel’s obsession with hair started when she was little girl, now as professional she is ready to show that passion to you. She started her career in 2017 and has been honing her skills under the direction of Tiffany Vogelpohl, the first NBR stylist in Austin. Full of all the knowledge she needs to give you the hair of your dreams, Rachel is available for NBR extensions, color, and hair cuts.
Marcella Tanner
Marcella is an upbeat and creative artist dedicated to helping her clients find self-expression through their hair. Marcella started her career at Paul Mitchell the School and graduated in 2019. From there she started full-time at Dry Bar, where she mastered blowouts, braids, and updos. She started with The Collective in 2021. Some of her favorite services to do include highlights, creative colors, styling and women’s cuts. With family history in the industry, Marcella thrives in the salon and loves seeing her clients happy when they leave.
Mazhawna Guerrero
Mazhawna (Muh-zha-nuh) or for short Maz, is born and raised in Austin. For as long as she can remember, she’s always been interested in fashion and beauty. She loved to follow trendy and unique styles of the times. Experimenting with friends, family, and her own hair at first to recreate those looks. Maz has now been in the beauty industry for 8+ years. Working under many amazing stylists, she learned a variety of techniques and approaches that have now blossomed her into the stylists she is today. Maz is certified in Lasio and Cezzane smoothing treatments. Specializing in foliage, balayage, and edgy haircuts. Maz loves what she does not only because it keeps her creative mind going but mostly because she loves making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves. “Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can possess.”
Natalie Flores
Natalie has been doing hair and make up for 8+ years. Apart from doing make up, creating luxurious hair and fabulous looks, brings her the most joy. Natalie specializes in blondes but enjoys doing cuts, color, and bridal hair. Over all, the most important thing to her career is making her clients feel great about themselves, getting to know them and having them leave with a smile on their face.
Caitlyn Bright
Caitlyn, brought up on the east coast, moved to the Austin area 6 years ago. She graduated from a Paul Mitchell school in Frederick, MD in 2016 and has been in the industry since then. Caitlyn began at the Collective assisting and learning new skills and techniques. She specializes in NBR extensions, blonding, and bridal/event hair. Now taking her own clients, Caitlyn is excited to see you in her chair!
Flor Hernandez
Flor aka Flower started in the beauty industry in 2018 with the love of makeup which took her to Paul Mitchell. This was the school where she fell in love with hair. Shortly after graduating she joined Drybar while also freelancing. Soon after, starting an assistant program. She then joined The Collective in 2023. Her favorite services are Highlights, balayage, styling, creative colors, color corrections, women’s haircuts, and shags. She specializes in thick and coarse hair. Flor is now accepting new clients!

Beginning her career in 2007, Stephany has grown to be an internationally certified master hair colorist who also works as an educator for Schwarzkopf Professional in the global market.
Consistent travel has help her stay inspired and up to date in the fashion and beauty industries. Her philosophy is that your hair is an extension of you, literally and figuratively. It is usually one first things people notice about you. Her main goal is to assist in guiding you thru your hair dreams to a look and style that is unique, while fitting to your personality, attitude and lifestyle. Kelsey has always loved working with her hands to create. After some encouragement from her mother she decided to try cosmetology. Instantly she fell in love with hair color and how customizable it is for each client. Sarah started doing hair over 15 years ago and loves that she gets to meet new people every day and help them look and feel amazing! Sarah is certified in Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) and loves creating the hair people dream of. Since graduating from Aveda Institute in 2004, Eliza has been talking, living and breathing hair. She takes her continuing education involving health and beauty seriously and enjoys participating in classes that expand not only her skills but also her creativity! Eliza began her career in Minneapolis and then established herself in Southern California where she accumulated a large following of loyal clients. She has moved to Austin to share her talent with Texas.

Marina is a highly professional hair colorist from Kyiv and has won one of the Ukrainian Beauty Championships. She worked as an Art Director in an international beauty salon chain.
